RE: What would you do?

I would buy the one that I wanted. I would not buy one that I did not want. Good luck with your decision.

RE: i need tires

If you have the room between the tires and the wheel well, I would upgrade the size and go with an E rated tire. Good luck.

RE: norcold fridge won't cool

The ammonia smell is not a good thing. The Ammonia is used as the refrigerant. It sounds as though you may have a leak. If you have leaked all of the refrigerant, it will not cool on electric or gas. Have a dealer look it over to determine if you have a leak. Good luck.

RE: Battery connection not working???

Use a volt meter to check that you have power from the battery connections. You may have a battery disconnect switch somewhere near the battery. Just a thought. Good luck.

RE: 4x2 or 4x4?

I currently have a 4wd tow vehicle. It is also used as my daily driver when the snow gets deep. I can count on one hand the number of times I have used the 4wd while towing over several years. We camp often at State and National Parks. I have never used 4wd while towing in these parks. That said, my next TV will most likely not be a 4wd. As mentioned above, the extra weight takes away from the payload capacity and may also negatively effect fuel mileage. Good luck!

RE: Go...No Go...Do you let weather dictate your camping plans?

I say go for it. Forecast here is not great either. This will be a good time to test out your trailer's systems. Enjoy your weekend.

RE: 5th wheel tripod stablizer

We like ours. It seems to reduce a lot of the movement. As mentioned above, make sure you use roto chocks or some form of locking chock as well. Good luck.

RE: Battery charge?

I think you are right. Use a volt meter to ensure that your battery is being charged by your converter when you are on shore power. It should read at least 13 volts when charging. Good luck.

RE: Leave em open or leave em closed????

I leave the tanks closed until I am ready to empty. I use the gray to flush out the sewer hose. After dumping the black tank, I add a couple of gallons of water back in the tank. Good luck.

RE: Dealer's Service call causes damage...help!

$1000 door, Wow, they must get them from the same place the military buys its $400. hammers. They broke it, they fix it. You are getting good advice from the above posters. I am sure that they will replace the door if you insist upon it. Good luck.

RE: TV Reception

I will be getting a converter for the RV. Will not be doing anything to the antenna, as it will work just fine with the digital signals. Good luck.
